The world loves a hero. 

Proof is in the sheer amount of superhero films that get shoved down our throats year on year. Superheroes I’ve never even heard of creep out of the woodwork and onto the production line.

The world could use a hero right now. Not that I pay much attention to the news nowadays, but the news always manages to find me one way or another. Funny thing about the news, though, it never seems to be good.

Neither are heroes in data. I can do without them, thank you very much. It should — in my opinion — always be a hero-free zone. Sadly, heroes are aplenty. Why that is, I don’t know. Ego? Ambition? Maybe boredom? Who knows.

Everyone from the dawn of time to present day has worked with a hero (you’re thinking of that person right now). Nine times out of ten, it’s not a good thought.
