If you stick to what you know, you will never grow.

I realised early on in my career that there will always be someone better than you. Some old master who’s done it all, seen it all, and knows it all — or some young hotshot who’s doing things you could only dream of. These are the people I’ve tried to learn from throughout my time in this game.

It’s easy to fall into a trap with data — getting comfortable and coasting, doing the same old thing because it’s easy. When you start thinking like that, it’s time to stop the bus and reassess your situation.

Experience Is Earned, Not Given

Experience is earned — there’s no way around that part, I’m afraid.
